The 2017 Yes Chef Conclave, will take place on 11th and 12th April in the economic capital cosmopolitan city of India, Mumbai. The conclave will bring together Culinary industry leaders, Nation’s 200 gastronomy professionals from premium organizations and renowned food service solution providers for two days.

Yes Chef Excellence Awards – 2017

This is an annual competition honoring excellence in the culinary industry. The competition stands for rewarding exceptionally high degree of creativity, excellence and ambition in this field. Aimed at established commercial kitchens the Yes Chef Excellence Awards are positioned as the industry’s ultimate star. A total of 6 categories have been devised in order to appreciate diverse talent.

A working chef in India whose career has set national industry standards and who has served as an inspiration to other food professionals. Eligible candidates must have been working as a chef for the past 10 – 15 years.

Rising Star Chef of the Year

A chef aged 35 years or younger who displays an impressive talent and who is likely to make a significant impact on the industry in years to come.

Best Executive Sous Chef

Chefs who have set new or consistent standards of excellence in their respective regions. Eligible candidates may be from any kind of dining establishment and must have been working as a chef for at least 15 years with the three most recent years spent in the region.

This award will be given to the unit director under whom the chefs work): The award is to honor an outstanding General Managers that have exhibited superior results in selected areas of performance, including quality service, sales, cleanliness and operational excellence.
