YES CHEF CONCLAVE
The 2017 Yes Chef Conclave, will take place on 11th and 12th April in the economic capital cosmopolitan city of India, Mumbai. The conclave will bring together Culinary industry leaders, Nation’s 200 gastronomy professionals from premium organizations and renowned food service solution providers for two days.
This is an annual competition honoring excellence in the culinary industry. The competition stands for rewarding exceptionally high degree of creativity, excellence and ambition in this field. Aimed at established commercial kitchens the Yes Chef Excellence Awards are positioned as the industry’s ultimate star. A total of 6 categories have been devised in order to appreciate diverse talent.
The event is focused on Chefs and Culinary Professionals from 3 to 5 Star hotels and Resorts, Heritage hotels, Fine dining restaurants and food processing organizations. The agenda is designed to address challenges and needs of head chefs responsible for the entire kitchen.
